Amca addresses a structural weakness in aerospace and defence: critical components remain dependent on ageing factories, constrained suppliers and retiring technical workforces. Its model combines the acquisition of established manufacturers with new production systems, engineering capability and software. ArGento’s thesis is that modernising the industrial base can create both strategic value and significant commercial scale in markets where reliability, technical data and delivery speed are essential.
